WATCHES
The manufacturers' warranty covers your watch and we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly should a fault develop. Contact details are usually printed in the documentation that comes with your watch.
In general, manufacturers' warranties cover the watch movement only, for the warranty period, from the date of purchase. Your receipt will be your proof of purchase date for the item.
Stones/crystals, bracelets, batteries, lenses and straps are not usually covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
We encourage you to read the manufacturer's warranty booklet which arrives with your watch for full details. Your warranty booklet usually contains advice on how best to look after your watch to ensure it keeps accurate time, and stays in good condition. Failure to follow the advice in the warranty booklet can invalidate your warranty.
Jewellery
The manufacturer's warranty covers your jewellery item against material and manufacturer defects that exist at the time of delivery. Please read the enclosed warranty booklet on arrival, it usually contains the manufacturers' warranty contact details should you need them.
IMPORTANT - SENDING ITEMS BACK UNDER WARRANTY THROUGH LOWRY JEWELLERS
